Windows 7 - Can I use clipart from in a Non Profit Childrens Book?

Can I use clipart from Microsoft in a Childrens Book and if so how do I
acknowledge it as being from Microsoft or is it public domain?

How can I view wmf clipart on Windows 7 Explorer? Windows 7 On other computers I am able to view wmf clipart thumbnails by using the Windows Explorer. On my own computer, with Windows 7, the thumbnails are replaced by the wmf file symbol.
