Colin -
Be sure to use the XY (Scatter) chart type.=20
I usually select the X and actual Y data first, and then I insert the XY =
chart. Then I use the Chart Data | Edit on the Formatting Palette to add =
another series, where I then specify the X and fitted Y data.=20

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) =
Processor: Intel Hi,=20
I need to add a linear regression that I have calculated myself (I =
need errors so I cannot use the excel function) to a function, but it =
only occurs between certain x values.=20
When I try to add it, it puts it at the beginning of my chart, or it =
changes the x scale for all of my other series.=20
Is there any way I can put the regression in the specific spot I want? =
Thanks,=20
