Windows 7 - Pivot table move up command

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
I need to move up values in a pivot table to custom order them. When I right-click I see the "Move" menu, but the options to move up, move down, move to beginning and move to end are greyed out.

OS X Leopard & AEBs support Windows 7 Foldershare is a killer app!! Regretably it does not seem to play well with OS X Leopard (even with Leopard's software firewall turned off), nor does it work easily or properly with Airport Extreme of their OS. Excel 2008 Slowness on Snow Leopard Windows 7 Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Microsoft is aware of an issue in Excel 2008 12.2.0 (SP2) and higher in which application performance degrades significantly on Snow Leopard when using certain printer drivers. Upon investigation, we have determined that the cause of the problem is in Excel and was only exposed due to certain changes in Snow Leopard.
