Is there a way to change the font in the column and row headers? I am trying to change the font size in row header that has the numbers and column headers that have the letters. For example A / 3225, I would like to make it smaller to fit the numbers in the allotted space.

No, the formatting of the default Column/Row headings cannot be modified.
I am not sure what you are actually asking to do, though... The Column
Headings never contain more than 3 characters (i.e., XFD) & the Row Headings
never display more than 5 digits (i.e., 35749). Although you can change a
column's width to be narrow enough to prevent its heading from displaying
all 3 characters, the width of the row heading bar is automatically adjusted
based on its need to display 3/4/5 digits -- its width cannot be manually
adjusted. What exactly are you attempting to do that makes it seem necessary
to change the font size?

I am not sure we are talking about the same thing :-) You still have not
described what it is that you are attempting to do. Please understand that
nobody here can see what you are seeing. We have nothing more to go on than
what you tell us, so fully descriptive explanations are important.
From the description in your first message I had the impression that you
were referring to the gray strip on the left side of each sheet which
contains the default numbering for each row ? the Row Headings. I have never
seen a sheet where the row number did not fully display.
It now sounds more like you are referring to cell content ? data in one or
more of the columns of the sheet. If that is the case see Excel Help on the
topic: Change column width or row height
