Windows 7 - MSN won''t let me in

Hi All,

I could use some help on this one. I have the latest MSN (8.x). I have
Internet access fine, no spyware or viruses, etc on my system. For some
reason MSN tries to sign me in but it doesn't work. I try on someone else's
computer in the same house using the same router and I can login fine. I
don't get any error messages or I would at least have something to go on.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks all,
Sam

Assuming you can logon to the web site(hotmail.com) on your machine
and you are using your logging in with your id on the other pc..
The first suggestion would be to remove the msn, hotmail, live,
passport.com cookies
and clear the TIF(IE/Tools/Internet Options/Delete Files and Delete
Cookies, and ensure
that all offline content is selected when prompted.

Thanks...winston for your assistance. after doing everything, I tried to
login again This time I clicked on Help and a message came up to fix my
clock. I never even looked at that. It was set back by 4 years. I changed it
back to the original date and sure enough, everything was fine.

Thanks again,
Sam

cannot access WINDOWS UPDATE successfully . . . keeps soliciting New!Get Microsoft Update today! Windows 7 I am running Windows XP SP3 Home Edition on 1 of 4 PC's and it is been updated through early April 2011. Prior to this, accessing Windows Updates (via http: / / www.update.microsoft.com / windowsupdate / v6 / default.aspx?ln = en-us) worked to understand why.
