WINDOWS LIVE MAIL, SETTING IT UP. LOTS OF QUESTIONS BUT NO ANSWERS

IT WOULD SEEM TO ME THAT MSN HAS THIS BACKWARDS. WHEN SERACHING FOR AN ANSWER
TO A QUESTION, MSN GIVES YOU BACK THE SAME QUESTION AND THEN ASK IF IT HAS
HELPED YOU.I ONLY WANT TO KNOW HOW TO SSET UP A WINDOWS LIVE EMAIL ACCOUNT.
YOU KNOW: A POP SERVER AND AN SMPT. BUT  IT JUST CANNOT BE FOUND. NO MATTER
HOW YOU ASK OR PHRASE THE QUESTION. WAKE  UP MICROSOFT WINDOWS
LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Windows Live Mail and Windows Live Hotmail are not the same thing.  (Yes,
the names are confusing.)  Assuming you are referring to the latter and are
trying to set-up your name@hotmail account in a Mail Client *other than*
Windows Live Mail, start here:
