I want to deploy the Powershell/WinRM v2 and BITS v4 updates via WSUS but the
updates are not synchronizing from Microsoft and they are not listed in the
Update Catalog. Are these updates going to be deployable via WSUS?

Alex,

Suggest you ask the WSUS experts.
Either use the URL for the "web-based newsreader"
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/list/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.windows.server.update_services

or this one for an NNTP news reader client:

When content is published on MU it can come through the following
distribution channels:

- Site/AU
- Catalog
- WSUS

It is likely this content is not published on catalog but is available for
Site/AU and WSUS.
