I recently installed a new version of Norton and after re-booting, I
can't connect to the internet via wireless. I'm sure this is due to
new settings and is common, but can someone let me know what I should
do? Thanks.

Hi

There are few places that needs to be configured to make sure that the
Firewall does not block the communication.

It is too "long story" to guide you over a newsgroup through all the steps
that are necessary to check and configure.

You have the make sure that the Firewall does not block the Browser
(application's menu). That LAN's IP range of your Network (Router, and
computers) are allowed to communicate (Trusted Zone), and that there is No
rule that blocks TCP/IP inbound and outbound communication (Advance General
Rules).

Consult the program manual to check/set these issues.

Route print" interpretation? Windows 7 In my notebook I have two possible internet connections: Wired LAN and Wireless LAN. The metrics for both connections are specified "automatic". How do I find out now the heard the "route print" command shows this. Ok, here is my "route print" output. Wired LAN is 192.168.0.20 and Wireless LAN is 192.168.0.21. SO if I look in the first two lines of the route table both metrics are 1. Which lines are relevant? Hooking a Camera Device into a LAN via an Ethernet Connection? Windows 7 I have a device, essentially like a camera, that successfully use it there. I did it years ago by assigning the device to a LAN. How do I do this in XP Pro? BTW, I tried something akin to Network desktop PC, where I have Pro installed. A few more observations. On the desktop, the LAN icon (Network Connections) shows the LAN I have assigned to the device. It shows, correctly: Clients for MS File and Printer Sharing Internet Protocols On the later I have: IP address: 10 0 0 0 subnet mask: 255 0 0 0 The device is a Additionally, it shows Qos Packets, which I now have unchecked.
