Windows 7 - Font Colors in MS Office E-mail Stationary

I wish there were many more font colors from which to choose in creating
stationary.

What version of Outlook are you using?  2007 has lots of colors for =
creating stationery.

I don't use stationery so I've never created any new ones but...Couldn't
this be done in Word where the colors can be customized?
