Window vista - sample grabber problem with long duration files

Hello,

I am using SampleGrabber to grab waveform of movie. The code run correctly on
window XP. However, on window vista, with long duration movie files it only
grab a part of movie.
Is there any limitation of SampleGrabber on window vista? Is there any other
way to get waveform of movie?

My file duration about 720mins, on vista it grab only 15mins.
