Asked By Stevi on 05-Mar-09 05:38 AM
Can anyone advise how to resolve the following problem, copied and pasted as
follows - 'There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live
Calendar service. If the error persists, check to see if there's an upgrade
of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative.'

What Build of WLM are you running? Look in Help, About, Windows Live
Mail.

The current build is 14.0.8064.0206

I have the same problem. What should we do if we have current version?

I have the same problem, but I've noticed that where it says my hotmail
email address if it comes up with what i have set in live messenger for
example I've got mine saying Dj Toonz then open up windows live mail, it
says calendar update complete, but if it shows just my hotmail email address
it comes up with the same error

There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar
service. If the error persists, check to see if there's an upgrade of
Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative. Why is that
?

I have the same error message every time I access Live Mail, but I never
consciously asked for a Windows Live Calendar and I don't want one. I can't
find any way to stop the message, though.

The Windows Live Calendar has turned out to be an unmitigated fiasco.

It needs a heart transplant.
