Any suggestions on how to fix?

Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Make sure that "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" is not =
enabled. =20

Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Advanced,
then uncheck the SSL option. That mail server does not use SSL.
