Junk and Spam will not delete

Asked By dsmusicfan

Everytime I try to delete my spam, it returns. I added them to the block
list, I moved them to the junk folder. I deleted them out of the junk
folder. Then, I empty the deleted folder. When I go back to my "All Mail"
folder, they reappear. They are not new messages but the exact same ones I
just deleted. They do not show up in my "inbox" only in my "All Mail" folder.

How do I get rid of them for good?

Hi, dsmusicfan. What items do you have checked in your Quick Views?

Hi, dsmusicfan.

What items do you have checked in your Quick Views? Right-click on Quick
views, then Select quick views...

shows what is in all the other Mail folders. I doubt that is a complete
answer to your dilemma, but it should give you a starting place.

Where is Quick Views to click on?
I do not see that anywhere.
Right-clicking in the folder pane does not do anything.

Also, note that you do not need to "delete" the messages from your Junkfolder

Also, note that you do not need to "delete" the messages from your Junk
folder (i.e., move them to the Deleted Folder), just Right Click the Junk
Folder and select "Empty junk mail folder" and that is that.
