Windows 7 - Cannot install

I cannot install WLM - Desktop on my brand new laptop (HP) with W7.  I use
ZoneAlarm Extr. Sec. 9.1.008.000.
Error message when trying to install (after downloading WLM):

Try turning Zone Alarm off and see if it works.  Sounds like Zone Alarm is
blocking WLM.
If it works with ZA turned off then you will have to go into Zone Alarm
settings and configure it for WL Mail.

I have ZA & had no trouble installing WLM.
I have problems with WLM but installing was not one of them.
