Is there any way to purge the blocked senders file? I have got sooooo many in
that folder and want to free up some storage space. Thanks to any and all
who reply!

Thanks Dave!
Won't this allow the blocked senders future access to my e-mail if I just
delete them?
Bruce Hagen replied to Paula
If you remove an address from Blocked Senders, any message sent by them
will go to your Inbox instead of Deleted Items as if they were never
blocked. What else would you expect?
FWIW, you can have up to 4096 entries between Blocked Senders and Message
rules combined. I do not know what storage space you want to gain as this
is miniscule in the grand scheme of things.
IMHO, message rules are more efficient than BS and you can opt to not have
mail from specified recipients to ever appear on your machine at all.
All these tips apply to WLMail as well.

How to stop Outlook mail going to WLM Windows 7 Hello, I recently added my Office outlook mail 2010 account to my WLM account, tried it for a few days decided I did not like it and deleted my Outlook mail account from WLM. The only mail account showing in WLM is just that my WLM. Now my Outlook mail is still showing up in my WLM account, no matter what I do. I thing to happen but it is. I can address a e-mail to myself in Outlook, and of course it shows up right away there, but in a few minutes it shows up in my WLM . Nothing goes from my WLM to my Outlook mail, just the other way around. Trust me I have checked and rechecked everything. I account from WLM. And it is not there any where. But like I said my Outlook mail is still going to WLM. OT: Outlook 2003 vs Thunderbird? Windows 7 Has anybody got an opinion on the usability of Outlook 2003 vs Thunderbird for a POP3, non-technical user? I am trying to move somebody and that is a plus for T-Bird. Haven't tried to go there with Outlook yet. OTOH, half the world seems to use Outlook and maybe the user would have an easier time getting help if they were using Outlook. OTOOH, Outlook is so feature-rich that maybe it could become confusing compared to Thunderbird. . . . Has anybody Discussions J. P. Gilliver John (1) Ken Blake Microsoft MVP (1) J. P. outlook vs. windows live mail Windows 7 I have been using outlook for over ten years. now windows live mail is kinda interfering with my outlook because it gets my mail at the same time as my outlook. and when I use the outlook I put various messages from family and friends and ads and stuff in various folders so they are not on the inbox. now suddenly mail from friends that came in my inbox is now going to junk mail. and I found out when I was on windows live and clicked on the mail tab I had over 700 messages in the inbox and I thought I had filed and deleted and took care of those messages.
