Asked By PA-Woodchuck

The problem now is the wife does not remember her password! Password recovery
wants to send the reset info to her old e-mail account which was deleted and
nolonger active. Is
there anyway around this other than setting up a new account?

Hi,
I have forgotten what the official timeframe should be, but generally I have heard from most
people that they get a response in less than a day.

Hi,
In general it takes at least two e-mails to get anything out of the ordinary done. Unless it
has changed recently, the "rule" is that they are not allowed to customize their initial
response to your mail (only cookie cutter answers) but can do so on the first reply from you
and actually take the necessary action.
