Windows 7 - Synchronize tags for multiple computers

Is there a way to export the full list of tags from one instance of
WLPG so they can be imported into another instance?
I have defined a list of tags on one computer to match a list of tags
that I have used for a long time in Adobe Photoshop Album. Not all the
tags are presently assigned to photos, but I want them available to be
used. (it is a big backlog of photos to process after switching to
WLPG.)
After transferring the photo files to another computer, the only tags
visible on the list of tags are those that are actually in use. So I
would like to transfer the "master list of tags" from one computer to
another computer. How can it be done?

Figured out a workaround. Assigned every tag to a throw-away file on
the original computer. Copied the file to the second computer, and all
the tags appeared. Deleted the file from both computers. Easy...!

That is exactly what I was going to suggest as I am not aware of any other way to
handle it. :-)
