Try booting to safe mode go to the path you list

C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\IXP000.TMP\msrdpcli.msi

and rename msrdpcli.msi to something else. This appears to be an installer
for Remote Desktop perhaps it is corrupted. Hopeully by renaming the
executable this will allow you computer to boot normally. You may however
see a dialog that tells you that a file is missing.

If it boots successfully run a full virus scan to be on the safe side.

I tried and this is the message I got:
C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\IXP000.TMP\msrdpcli.msi refers to a
location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer,
or on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or
that you are connected to the internet or your network, and then try again.
If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a
different location. I boote din safe mode and went to run and typed
C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\IXP000.TMP\msrdpcli.msi is that the
correct thing to do?

*Running* the file is not what he told you to do, although he made a
typographic error in his suggestion.

Open the *FOLDER* named C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\IXP000.TMP,
then rename the *FILE* msrdpcli.msi in that folder to something else.
Changing the msi to xmsi (or anything that is not the same as msi) is
the best thing to do.

But from what you posted below, I'd guess that the folder and/or the
file are no longer present.

I encountered a similar issue witht the computer boot cycling. I
tested the hardware using PC-Doctor, all tested fine. I isolated the
error to the STacSV device.

Try reinstalling your sound driver. Your event ID 65535 for device
STacSV, the STacSV is your sigma tell audio device. After
reinstalling the audio driver the machine stopped boot cycling. I am
not saying this is your only issue but that for this instance I think
the boot cycling issue is due to your sound driver.

Netbios over TCP / IP Windows 7 I read on a tutorial that Node type = Broadcast would value for a small LAN with no DNS and WINS server and for address resolution NetBios over TCP / IP must be explicitly enabled when connecting to a router since usually it is Microsoft independent. Indeed my D-Link DI-524 broadband router asks me nothing about NetBios, so I crossed all squares for enabling Netbios over TCP / IP on all PCs in my LAN, yet by keying ipconfig / all I don't see Netbios being quoted in none of them and Node type looks Mixed or Hybrid instead of Broadcast.
