Windows 7 - play .kar (karaoke) file

Hi all, does someone know how to play .kar (karaoke file) directly in Vista
Media Center? Some plug-in?
Or any other ideas?

Why do you still use Windows XP? Windows 7 Give your reasons. Do you plan to upgrade ever? If so, when and why point where this OS will be problematic with new hardware?
