Windows 7 - mystery sound file

Asked By Katrin on 24-Jan-07 12:01 AM
I've been looking around the diffrent MS Forums and Community Newsgroups for
20 mins, trying to figure out where to make this post. This spot is my best
guess. If I should try somewhere else please let me know. But actually, I'm
hoping someone can just answer my question.

I used to have a favorite Windows 'sound event.' I think it was from Win95
or 97. It might have been called Utopia...but maybe not. It was a really
fun sound...kind of like a bunch of children giggling, with a kind of
outer-space effect. Does anyone know what that was called...and how I can
find it? I've spent several hours, in the past 5 years, from time-to-time
trying to track this down, to no avail. Any help here? Would you please
email me at divinelight@123mail.org. I may forget to check back here.

Thanks,
Katrina

I've got that on my windows 2000 box, it sounds like a sort of

Only this one sounded familiar initially : Utopia Recycle.WAV [97kb]

Ah - guess what ? I got it : "Utopia Windows Exit.WAV" There's a copy
on the web page below, you can right-click and choose "Save As" to
copy the file to your machine. Please put it somewhere safe this time!
