Windows 7 - Converting file name and title in window explorer and window media

Question:
When I rip music from some old cds, ( esp when they are in other languages
other than englishe.g. chinese), the title nemae will appear as track 1,
track 2 etc. I will have to manually edit them at the media player.
However when I visually search in file manager, the file name remains the
same as track 1 2 and so on.
In older versions of media player, I think it was 8, there used ot be a
function that can converts the file name according tothe track title, but
this is missing in media player v 10 and 11.
Can some one help me if thie feature is still there and how do I use it.
Otherwise please suggest an alternative way that allow me to change the track
title and the file name simultaneously or easier rather than do it twicw ,
once at media player and then at winow esplorer.

Are you talking about the actual file names on the CD that show up in
Windows Explorer? it is impossible to change those, as an audio CD is a
read-only medium.
