Windows 7 - sp2 for xp

I have critiical update of sp2 but it always fails each time I download it.
Anyone with suggestions please help.

on the XP Home and open I386 folder it still has I suppose all the SP2 files (2, 056 objects) in it which includes the Lang folder.
