Windows 7 - Outlook 2003 Junk Mail Filter Update

Updates to the junk mail filter often result in more junk being delivered
than prior to the update.  Happened again this week. I am not deleting
obvious junk manually.  In the past,  problem usually corrects itself with
the next junk mail filter update.  In the mean time its a problem.   Anyone
else experience this problem or know how I might solve it? Thank you.
