Windows 7 - USB Drive Sync

Does anybody know how to synce my usb with some folders on my computer...
vista business...
When i start sync setup it opens windows media player, i turn off automatic
sync but still will only open with media player.  I want to sync data files,
so i dont want to use media player

Usb devices not working in Vista Ultimate RTM Windows 7 After installing Vista Ultimate RTM I found that none of my usb devices (except my mouse was working). USB plug and play not working Windows 7 My plug and play USB stick, USB harddrive or USB printer is not recognized by Windows XP. I have installed the latest updates for Windows I have checked the Plug and Play service, it is running.
