Windows 7 - USB Drive Sync

Does anybody know how to synce my usb with some folders on my computer...
vista business...
When i start sync setup it opens windows media player, i turn off automatic
sync but still will only open with media player.  I want to sync data files,
so i dont want to use media player

winxp doesn't see a mp4 player usb device Windows 7 When i connect my mp4 player device to the usb port winxp doesn't see it. Viceversa de device give me the message "connect". But is added. Usb devices not working in Vista Ultimate RTM Windows 7 After installing Vista Ultimate RTM I found that none of my usb devices (except my mouse was working). USB plug and play not working Windows 7 My plug and play USB stick, USB harddrive or USB printer is not recognized by Windows XP. I have installed the latest updates for Windows I have checked the Plug and Play service, it is running.
