Everyone says contact your ISP but i'm using Yahoo mail because hotmail wont
work. So i dont even know who to contact to get it. I can't find where or
what my POP3 or SMTP servers are. Anyone know where to look?

Does your ISP have a website?

Did the send you anything in the mail with a tech support number?

Last resort, check the phone book.

If you live in the U.S. and have a Yahoo paying account($20/yr) then =
Windows Mail can retreive Yahoo mail provided you've logged onto the =
Yahoo Mail web site with your id/pw and enabled pop3 mail capability.

If you live in the U.S. and have a free Yahoo account your account is an =
http account. Vista's Windows Mail does not support http Yahoo accounts.

Additionally Cox as your isp provides an email account with pop3 access =
that can be used with Vista Windows Mail(assuming you are a paying cox =
customer vs. just using Cox as the connection e.g. a community/apartment =
complex etc).
