Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090
It also works on other folders.

Hi Karen,

This sounds like it is a stuck message problem.

1. Download the 'Microsoft Help and Support: KB941090 Update Download
Package' (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090/en-us) for your 32 bit
or 64 bit version of Vista.
NOTE: -To see what bit version --you have of Vista, open Control Panel
(Classic View) and click the System icon. You will see the -
-version under System type:.-

A) 'Update for Windows Vista 32 bit (KB941090)'

B) 'Update for Windows Vista 64 bit (KB941090)'

2. Install it.
3. Check to see if the stuck message is gone, or that it can be deleted
now.
