Windows 7 - Window security

I cannot send out mail all of a sudden. A pop-up window with  window security
keep asking me to fill in the user name and password which I did. But the
window keep popping up. I just updated my window updates.

What is wrong now? Urgent Help!!

When you get that security prompt, click Cancel. An error message should
pop up. Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.

Also, which antivirus are you running? Some of them are not fully compatible
with Windows Mail.
