My outbox is not working; it will not send and I am not able to delete them
as well. I receive not warning/info box. My info for the incoming and out
going servers are correct. Anyone have advice?

Make sure your Vista is current, with SP1 and SP2 installed.
If current, then right-click on the message stuck in the Outbox,=20
select 'Move to Folder' and move it to Deleted Items. If that does not
work, drag it directly to the Recycle Bin.
If the problem continues after having tried all of the above,
try running the various repair functions in the WMUtil program:

If still no improvement, upgrade to Windows Live Mail:

Vista's Windows Mail works quite well for most users.
For the remainder who are having significant problems,
I recommend switching to Windows Live Mail. The problems
are usually caused by incompatible third party security programs.
