Windows 7 - unable to receive/download0 email

having a similar problem as a lot of recent posts. Every time I start
windows mail it asks which dial up service I want but I am on broadband and
as far as I can find nothing indicating dial up is check marked.
this error just recently started within past few days

oh and when I go into the properties to double check things it keeps freezing

That's characteristic of a corrupted account. Delete that mail account,
restart Windows Mail, then recreate the account.

Norton Internet Security 2010 compatibility problem? I can send e-mails but cannot receive them!!!! Cannot delete several folders Windows 7 There are several folders that are not needed and I cannot delete them. When I try to delete them I get the following error message: Your folder could not be deleted, the IMAP server refused to delete it. If the folder no longer exists you should refresh your folder list for this gave me the same set of folders as before including the ones I wanted to delete. The only thing I tried and could figure to do to solve the problem was to completly uninstall Windows Live Mail from my system and re-install it whcih did not solve the problem. Any help
