Windows 7 - windows no disk error

recently i have had a error window pop up that I cannot get to go away and i
dont know what it means or how to get rid of it. I can move it out of my way
and i can still use my computer when it is up but I want it gone can anyone
help? I will tell you what is says exactly as it is on my screen now...

Then it has 3 buttons at the bottom that say "cancel Try Again and Continue"
you can click them all day and nothing happens. I have looked all over the
knowledge base and I cant find anything about this. Please Please help me.

Why do you still use Windows XP? Windows 7 Give your reasons. Do you plan to upgrade ever? If so, when and why point where this OS will be problematic with new hardware?
