Windows 7 - psp plugin help

Hi.i have just bought  a new  laptop. window vista and i want to use psp
9.[paint shop pro] to use plugins i am told to down load the two main plugins
first

msucrt10.dll    and plugin.dll

can you please tell me where do i down load them too??

Custom shell window management Windows 7 Hello, I've created a custom shell using .NET Windows Forms and with some application windows, but not others. Does anyone have any experience with custom shell window management that can give me some tips? Interestingly, I couldn't find much on the I fully understood the issue. I use PSP 12, and used to be in xp you could view these in the folders, but program out there that works with vista 64bit that will allow me thumbnail views of psp, png, psd files?
