Windows 7 - Offer Remote Assistance

I have enabled Offer Remote Assistance through GP and have been using it
successfully with XP machines for quite some time. I have just started using
a Vista machine and attempted to offer remote assistance to an XP client and
received an error message:
Your offer to help could not be sent. Check the following:
Do you have the correct permissions...
Is the remote computer turned on...
Is there a network problem...
I immediately re-tried to offer remote assistance to the sasme XP client
from an XP machine and it worked fine.
Do I need to modify a setting on the Vista PC to get Offer to work?

You need Full admin rights. Starting the app you use to access the remote
assistance by rightclicking it, will show an option to 'run as
administrator'

Cannot print to a shared USB printer of a XP machine on the networ Windows 7 XP to XP is fine. Vista to XP does not work. Who tested this software? It even makes no sense, the printer wizard hard to allow legitimate printing on shared printers, and requires me to have a windows Vista password on MY account to even use printers on ANOTHER PC?
