Windows 7 - Windows Installers

Does Windows Installers come with Windows Vista?  How do you access Windows
Installers?  I am running Windows Vista 32-bit and could not find Windows
Installers.

Windows installer is, of course, included in all editions
of Windows Vista.  The newest version is available for
download:

Why do you still use Windows XP? Windows 7 Give your reasons. Do you plan to upgrade ever? If so, when and why point where this OS will be problematic with new hardware?
