Unable to install Tinker : Error 80070643

I am unable to install Microsoft Tinker game through Microsoft Updates
on my Windows Vista SP1.

I receive Unknown Error, Code 80070643 at the end. This Windows Update
error code 80070643 relates to issue relating to updates for Microsoft
Office, and thus the Help is not 'helpful'. -Posting on Technet a few
days back has not helped.-

I have 'tried all the usual, I suggest'
(http://www.winvistaclub.com/t166.html), but it has not helped me.

Anyone have any suggestions or ideas on it ?

Unable to install Tinker : Error 80070643

You can active the Administrator account and use it, because that
account has admin full rights to do things. Your other user/admin
account you got out of the box on Vista doesn't have full rights on Vista.


It's a shot to fix it give it a try.
