Windows 7 - Task Manager corrupt

Asked By Avie on 01-Nov-08 04:31 PM
Cannot use task manager. No tabs or other items. Only says task ie:
Vista forum - Mozilla.. Running

No header or buttons.

At bottom:

That is all!

Ctrl+Shift+Esc does not work, either.
Hope you can help.

Hi Avie, and welcome to the vista forums

sounds like the task manager is in reduced view mode

try double clicking on the gray border and it should return to normal
view

Hi Avie,

it can be a useful feature of the task manager, you can use it to
monitor memory or CPU etc usage whilst doing other things - Set task
manager to "always on top" double click to hide the menus etc, resize
to suit what you need :D

glad you got it sorted
