Windows 7 - How to solve APPCRASH Problem in Vista

When ever I am trying to install a new software on Vista the following
Error happens:

Dear Sir,
I also have an appcrash problem with my mobile usb connector, i
installed it and it worked two days but on the third day I got a message
from Window´s telling me that it has stopped working and it closes the
application. The telephone company does not take responsibility because
it works on other computers.  I have included the details below, I am
desperate, could someone give me a way to solve this problem?

So what is in the files that describe the problem.
Have you looked in the System Eventlog for the error?

Lana,

Hard to figure these issues out from our end but the first thing I'd do is
go to the ATI Radeon site and download & install the latest drivers for your
video card (atiumdva.dll is an ATI file). If you have not done this since
8/25/2010 you should have updated drivers available. You will need to know
what series ATI Radeon card you have, 7, 8 or 9 series. Here is the link
below to download.
