Only a single version of Outlook can be installed, and then you have to
configure it

PS And neither is fully compatible with Vista, so there are some other hoops
you have to jump through

Given the question is about Outlook and not Windows Vista, posting to an
Outlook group would be more beneficial.

Have you actually set up the email accounts? You can refer to your ISP for
instructions, although those versions of Outlook are getting a little
ancient, they may not support anything less than say, Outlook 2003.

What errors are you getting? The error log should pop up automatically.
Can you post to this group any errors you are receiving? You should be able
to access the error log (from memory) when you click Send/Receive, you get
the log coming up saying "sending messages...." or "receiving messages..."
and there ishould be another tab that will list the status as in "success" or

If it concerns "server cannot be found" or "server time-out" or any similar
message, this needs to be resolved by your host, your ISP or other mail
provider (e.g Hotmail, GMail etc)
They would have their own support phone line (assumedly) or at very least,
forums for such support.

Try these tutorials for setting up the mail accounts with your ISP or host
etc.

As others have mentioned - why too installs of two separate versions of
Office/Outlook? it is unnecessary and bound to cause conflicts.
