Windows 7 - regsvr32 regwizc.dll and regsvr licdll.dll wont stop activtion war

I have ran regsvr32 regwizc.dll and regsvr licdll.dll to get rid of the
activation warning and Windows tell me that each was successful but I still
get the activation warning. What do I do now?

This can also happen if your user account does not have permissions to =
modify the Microsoft Windows Registry.

You would need to change the (allow) in the registry key that holds this =
info. I am working with W2K3 Server and I do not have any reference to a =
XP registry to tell you where to go.

It is under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft somewhere. Maybe =
someone with some XP registry knowledge can help you. I have long =
forgotten the XP registry since Beta testing it quite a few years ago.
